The BX
Room Reservations
The BX offers meeting spaces for groups from 5 to 500. All reservations include banquet tables and chairs. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire facility. A/V systems, microphones, projectors, and screens are available for an additional fee. Schedule your next corporate meeting, birthday party, or reception at the BX.
Room reservations are subject to availability (no Saturday or Sunday reservations).
Approved events will be contacted for reservation confirmation with full payment and a signed proposal. Canceled events may be refunded with a 25% cancelation fee.
After hours fees may apply to evening events.
Credit card will be held for security/damage deposit.
Organizations will be required to submit a certification of insurance.
Brainerd Crossroads (the BX) is a multi-use fitness, recreation and meeting facility operated by Brainerd Baptist Church. This 54,000 square foot facility is open to the public. The BX offers many of the amenities found at a quality fitness center as well as meeting spaces to accommodate groups from 5 to 500. We are conveniently located in the Belvoir Community with free parking and easy access to I-24.
